Our Global Response Centre (GRC) is based at Toowong in Brisbane. We have over 220 staff in the GRC including: doctors, registered nurses, social workers, mechanics, logistical experts, communication specialists and support personnel. Many of our staff are multi-lingual so we can speak the local language for you in many destinations. In addition to the staff in the GRC, we have a team on the ground located all around the world, including 400,000 service providers, 240 correspondents and 37 operation centres.
