Who can be an affiliate?

We partner with travel-related businesses, as well as member-based businesses that want to offer travel insurance as a value-add to their membership base. We reserve the right to decline any affiliate without explanation.

How do I become an affiliate?

Simply complete the online affiliate application form and one of our team members will get in touch.

How does the affiliate program work?

Each time one of your website visitors clicks through to the Worldcare site from an affiliate banner or link on your site, and then purchases a Worldcare Travel Insurance policy, you will receive a commission.

Do you offer co-branding and white labels?

Not at this stage - we currently offer only banner and link advertising.

How much does it cost to join?

The Worldcare affiliate program is absolutely free to join. Please note that Worldcare is not responsible for any associated costs for implementing any links or banners.

How do you track my sales?

Sales are tracked through a unique tracking code that will be inserted into the banner or link advertisement placed on your site. This unique code will be sent as part of your affiliate start-up pack when your application has been approved.

How do I set up my links?

Once your application is approved, we will provide you with the coding and instructions to insert the banner in your web page.

How much commission do I get paid?

Up to ten percent of the gross premium for each Worldcare travel insurance policy issued to a customer who was referred to the Worldcare website from your website. You have the option during the registration process to contribute part of your commission to an insurance discount for your customers.

How often do I get paid?

Your commission will be paid monthly in arrears in Australian dollars. If the monthly commission amount is less than $50, we'll carry over this amount until the total commission equals at least $50.

How do I get paid?

Commissions are paid by direct deposit to your Australian bank account.

Can I change and update my links or banners?

No. Affiliate links must remain as we supply them to you. If you make any changes to the tracking code your sales will not be tracked, therefore you cannot be paid.

Where should I put my affiliate advertisements?

You may place the links and banners anywhere on your site, however we recommend that the advertisements be placed in a prominent position on the top half of your webpage for best results.
