Travel Claims website.
The website gives you access to policy documents and claims information stored in one handy location that can be accessed wherever you are around the world.
Travel claims was launched in July 2010 and features:
- steps for lodging an insurance claim
- downloadable product disclosure statements and claim forms
- frequently asked questions
- a new ‘myclaimstatus’ tool.
The ‘myclaimstatus’ functionality is the first of its kind for the Australian travel insurance industry, and allows Worldcare
travel insurance customers who have lodged a travel insurance claim to log on to a secure webpage to view the status of their claim anytime, anywhere. This will save them having to contact Worldcare’s Claims Department directly for an update on their claim—giving them more time to enjoy their holiday or get on with their day once they’re back home.
